03/11/1916 Sank following a collision with the steamer CONNEMARA (833/1897) off Cranfield Buoy in the entrance to Carlingford Lough whilst on a voyage from Garston to Belfast with a cargo of coal. There was only one survivor from the crew of nine. All the 51 passengers and 31 crew on board the CONNEMARA were lost.
