Training Ship F24. KD RAHMAT was the first major purpose-built warship for the Royal Malaysian Navy. She was launched as KD HANG JEBAT but renamed after she had a run of unfortunate events during trials and working-up in the 1970s. She was the first ship in Malaysia to be fitted with the Sea Cat surface to air missile system. This was removed in the 1980s and replaced by an additional 40 mm Bofors gun. Decommissioned in 2004 the ship was converted into a museum ship in 2011 at Lamut.
